Claire Young

Claire Young is a professional ballerina and instructor,artist, and environmental activist from Alpharetta, Georgia. She learned to paint in watercolor from her grandfather as a child, and fell in love with impressionist style oil painting as a teenager.

She received a Bachelor of Fine Arts with Distinction from the University of Oklahoma, and went on to dance professionally with the Columbia City Ballet, Montgomery Ballet, and the Chattanooga Ballet.

Claire lives in Roswell with her husband Scott, and their dog Deja. She is an animal lover and is passionate about protecting the environment and reducing waste.
